CONDITIONS OF THE TOURIST ACCOMMODATION RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. ACCEPTANCE
The client accepts the following conditions for the use of the tourist accommodation for the period, amount and number of occupants specified in this agreement.
2. EQUIPMENT
The client assumes responsibility for maintaining the apartment, furniture and furnishings in the same condition as found upon arrival and undertakes to leave them in the same condition upon departure, when returning the apartment keys.
3. OCCUPANTS
The client may only accommodate the maximum number of persons indicated in the apartment’s specifications.
4. NEIGHBOURS
All occupants of the apartment undertake to respect the neighbours of the building and nearby homes, and to refrain from making loud noises or playing music at inappropriate volumes. The right is reserved to terminate this agreement immediately and without compensation in the event of serious breach of these rules.
5. APARTMENT
The apartment will be made available to the client properly cleaned. The client undertakes to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish or food waste. No cleaning service will be provided, and sheets and towels will be supplied in sufficient quantity for the stay.
6. SECURITY DEPOSIT
The client shall leave a cash deposit as a guarantee upon arrival, for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit will be refunded in full upon departure, unless defects are detected in the apartment, its furnishings or equipment, or situations of excessive dirt or rubbish. The cost of restoring the apartment to its original condition will be deducted from the deposit.
7. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
The client undertakes to vacate the apartment and return all keys before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If the apartment has not been vacated, the client must pay a daily amount equal to twice the contracted daily rate, as well as any claims for damages that may be made by other guests with confirmed reservations.
